Do you offer free shipping, and how long does it take?

Yes! We provide Free Shipping with tracking to most locations around the world! We operate a global production network, which allows us to produce and deliver orders locally for free.

Most orders are shipped locally from one of our production facilities located in US, Canada, Mexico, UK, Spain, and Australia. Here are our estimated delivery times from the day of purchase:

Above times are estimates, and include handling time to prepare your order. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Please refer to the delivery time specific to your shipping address that is presented during the checkout.

We currently ship with the following global shipping partners: FedEx, UPS, DHL, GLS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, Aramex, and Australia Post.

Sorry, we don't ship to P.O. Boxes, please provide us with an alternative shipping address to ensure a successful delivery.

What is handling time, and when will my order ship?

It
usually takes 1-2 business days to produce and prepare your order at the
production center, as it gets manufactured after getting your order because we
don't carry a large inventory of canvases. the given estimated time during the
order includes all the preparation, handling, and delivery time to provide you
with the most accurate delivery date from the day of purchase.

Once
your order gets prepared and ready for delivery, you will receive a
confirmation through email from our team with all the details of tracking and
expected delivery times from the shipping carrier.

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience during
the holidays, delivery of your order may take slightly longer than the
estimated time due to an increased volume of orders. We appreciate your
patience.

How do I track my order?

We
ship every order with a tracking link which helps you to see the progress of
your delivery. you will receive a confirmation email Once your order gets
prepared and ready for delivery with tracking details and the expected delivery
date from the shipping center. If you don’t receive any confirmation email
related to shipping within 7 business days, please check your spam folder. If
you are still having any difficulties getting your tracking information, please
email us at contact@wallstorie.com and our support team will get
back to you right away.

Please
note, tracking information of your order will be shared with you via email as
soon as the shipment is created, and it may take up to 36 hours for the
shipping carrier to post a tracking update.

How can i change my shipping address?

To
ensure that your order is delivered successfully, please make sure you enter
the correct address details while ordering to get your order at your doorstep
hassle-free. 

within
24 hours of your order getting placed, we can change or update your shipping
address. Once your order has been shipped, we are extremely sorry but we
would not be able to change or update your shipping address from our hand, for
that now you need to contact the shipping carrier directly to make a change to
your shipping address.

How can I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

Within
24 hours of placing the order, you can cancel it.

Canceling
the order after 24 hours you need to return undamaged merchandise to us in case
of a full refund. we would not be able to cancel or exchange your order after
24 hours of placing it, as it will be in process of production by that time.

Refunds
will be issued to the original method of payment and may take 5-7 business days
to show on your account.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

How do I return or exchange my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, within 14 calendar days of the delivery
date of the order you can initiate a refund for the undamaged product. Once
your return is approved, please send it back to us within 14 calendar days from
the approval date of a refund, store credit, or exchange.

To
return the item you must send it back in its original packaging in which it was
delivered in undamaged condition. Damaged products due to use or any other
misconduct will not be accepted as return items. While returning products got
damaged due to improper packaging would not be accepted as a return or
exchange.

All
international returns or exchanges (outside of Canada and the US) must be
returned to our US returns facility within 14 days from the return approval
date.

My delivery is damaged, what do I do?

In a rare case of receiving a damaged product or you notice a defect in the
product contact us and let us know as soon as possible, we would replace it
right away after examining it. To begin:

1-Firstly, click some of the photos of the product showing a defect or damage part of
it, along with photos of the front and back of the canvas, and the box in
which it was delivered (if the box was also damaged).

2-Visit https://wallstorie.com/pages/contact and
fill out the form. Please include your full name and order
number
 as shown in your order confirmation email.

3-Upload the photos along with a brief summary of the issue. Submit the form, and our support team will contact you within 24 hours.

Please note, if you use a forwarding shipping
service to receive your order, we are not responsible for any damaged or stolen
goods.

When will I get my refund?

Within 48 hours of receiving your
returned product we would examine it, if everything is ok the Refunds will be
issued to the original method of payment. It may take 5-7 business days to show
on your account.
